Platform availability, policies, monetization requirements, algorithms, and account restrictions may change without notice. Campaign participants must comply with all applicable platform rules, intellectual property requirements, advertising regulations, and contractual obligations. Where required by law, sponsored content and material relationships must be disclosed clearly and appropriately. VitaClips is not responsible for independent third-party platform outages or changes beyond its reasonable control. 9. Payments, Fees, and Refunds Campaign pricing, service fees, payment schedules, and approved budgets will be established in separate written agreements.
